ONLINE ORDERS

  • Orders are packed and shipped from our workshop in Bedford (Quebec) within 2 to 4 business days. We email the tracking number.

The delivery time then depends on the destination. For example:

    • 1 to 2 days for Montreal, Toronto, Quebec City, New York...

    • 2 to 4 days for Chicago, Pittsburgh...

    • 6 to 8 days for Edmonton, Vancouver, Denver, Seattle, Los Angeles, Austin...

  • Yes, you just need to contact us with the item(s) you’ve chosen and the delivery address to receive an estimate for shipping costs. Please note that shipping outside Canada and the United States is quite expensive, which is why it is not a default option in our online store.

  • No need to worry! We have experience shipping ceramic items and are very thorough with our packaging (plastic-free). Most orders are packed in a first box, which is then placed inside a second box. However, if an item does arrive broken, simply send us photos of the item and the box as soon as possible. We offer either a refund or a replacement piece.

  • Yes, of course! Simply select the "in-store pickup" option before completing your order, and we will contact you to arrange a pickup time at the workshop.

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. As a very small studio consisting of just the two of us, we don’t have the resources to handle returns. Instead, we focus our energy on creating high-quality items and do our best to provide detailed photos, videos, and precise descriptions for each piece.

If there’s an issue with your order, contact us, and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you and resolve the problem.

CARE AND PROCESS

  • Yes, absolutely! Our items are dishwasher and microwave safe. They are made of stoneware ceramic fired at a temperature of 1200°C, which vitrifies the clay.

  • It’s clay, specifically stoneware. Red stoneware, not to be confused with terracotta, is fired at a higher temperature (cone 6 in our case). After firing, it becomes non-porous and can be used unglazed without any issues. We use Canadian stoneware produced by Plainsman Clay, a company that extracts and manufactures its own clay.

  • Every pieces is handmade by the two of us. We use various techniques, such as wheel throwing, hand building, slipcasting. Naturally, we make our own molds as well. All pieces are crafted in our workshop in Bedford, Quebec. For more details, feel free to check out our About Us page.

DIVERS

  • Yes, you can visit our workshop, where we have a small shop area. Just email us beforehand to arrange a visit. Additionally, we participate almost every year in 1001 Pots in Val-David (QC), so our pieces can be seen outdoors there during the summer. Otherwise, we invite you to check out this page for a list of our retail locations.

  • It’s quite rare, but feel free to write to us—we’re always open to discussing it

  • Not at the moment—it’s just the two of us (and our dog Jack) right now. However, we’re always interested in meeting fellow ceramics enthusiasts! Don’t hesitate to write to us or stop by the studio for a coffee.

  • Of course! Send us a quick message beforehand to confirm the date and time. We’re open by appointment, and since we spend most of our lives in the studio, there’s a good chance we’ll be there whenever you’d like to stop by!
